Frozen Gel Packaging Machine

The multi-lane four-roll film granule frozen gel packaging machine is designed with a multi-row synchronous operation mode. The equipment mainly consists of a four-roll film unwinding system, an automatic deviation correction system, a granule storage system, a measuring cup metering mechanism, a granule dispensing mechanism, a needle-punching permeation device, a heat-sealing system, a cutting system, and an automatic conveying system.

During operation, the four rolls of packaging film are simultaneously unwound by independent film unwinding mechanisms and stably conveyed to the forming area by a tension control device. The absorbent granules are conveyed to the storage hopper via a vacuum feeder, and then quantitatively dispensed by the measuring cup metering mechanism. The metered granules then synchronously enter each package through multiple feeding channels.

1. Multi-lane independent feeding design: Each lane has an independent feeding channel, ensuring that granules enter the corresponding packaging area evenly and preventing cross-contamination.

2. Automatic material replenishment function: The equipment can be linked with a vacuum feeder to achieve automatic material replenishment of the hopper, reducing the number of manual feeding operations.

3. Photoelectric tracking and positioning function: Automatically identifies the position of film markings, improving cutting accuracy and product appearance consistency.
