The 304 stainless steel frame is equipped with a food-grade conveyor belt, adjustable bottle guide rails, photoelectric sensors, and pneumatic bottle-stopping cylinders. It integrates seamlessly into a complete production line to facilitate organized bottle transport and precise positioning detection, while the quick-release protective guards allow for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The jar filling machines heat-sealing process fuses with the bottle opening, creating a barrier against oxygen, moisture, and microorganisms to prevent the contents from spoiling or leaking.

The label unwinding, feeding, and dispensing mechanisms are integrated into a single unit; sensors detect the position of the bottle to trigger precise label application, while a pressure roller smooths down the label to minimize air bubbles and edge lifting.

The cap-handling system automatically organizes disordered bottle caps, feeds them, and places them onto the bottles; the capping head features adjustable torque, ensuring a consistent seal while preventing stripped threads or damage to the caps.
