Powder is precisely fed into each row of bags simultaneously via a screw metering system driven by a servo motor, following a set number of rotations, minimizing errors and deviations.

Subsequently, the horizontal sealing mechanism seals the bags under set temperature and pressure, and, in conjunction with the cutter, cuts the continuous bags into individual strips or multiple bundles for output.

The entire machine is centrally controlled by a PLC, with all actions executed synchronously according to a set rhythm, ensuring consistent and stable operation across multiple lanes.

The optimized forming device structure ensures precise folding of the flat film and standard bag shape, adapting to various packaging specifications.
