Bottling Line Machinery

This is a modular, fully automated, end-to-end bottling line designed for free-flowing dry granular products. The system integrates the entire packaging process-from empty bottle handling to final labeling-into a synchronized, automated production line, effectively replacing manual labor across multiple workstations.
At the core of the bottling line machinery is a multihead weigher for precise dosing, complemented by a negative-pressure dust extraction system that eliminates issues related to airborne dust during filling. This approach proactively mitigates common production challenges, such as weighing inaccuracies, product breakage, and dust contamination in the sealing area. All product-contact surfaces are constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the entire system is managed via a centralized PLC, with sensors across all stations interconnected for seamless, interlocked operation.
The line's modular design offers high flexibility, allowing for the customization of functional units based on specific product characteristics, available floor space, and budget. It is ideally suited for the high-volume, continuous production of items such as food products, seasonings, health supplements, and pet nutrition products. By ensuring stable, standardized, and high-volume bottling, the system helps reduce labor costs, material waste, and defect rates.
