Food Filling Machine

For factories that process large volumes of bottled granular products daily, production efficiency depends not only on filling speed but also on the continuity of material supply, precise bottle positioning, capping cycle times, and downstream conveying capacity.

This food filling machine line can be configured with various equipment combinations tailored to specific operational requirements. The front end handles the supply and quantitative dosing of granular products; the intermediate stations manage bottle filling and capping; and the final section covers labeling and the discharge of finished products. Each module is integrated around a unified production objective, ensuring that products move through the packaging process according to a predetermined sequence.

Once production begins, the granular material is transported by a lifting mechanism to a storage hopper and a metering system, where it is weighed or dispensed in precise quantities according to the preset fill weight per bottle. Simultaneously, empty bottles move along a conveyor belt into the filling zone, where they are guided and positioned at the designated stations. When a bottle is correctly positioned for filling, the control system activates the dispensing mechanism, delivering the measured quantity of granules into the bottle.
Following the filling process, the bottles continue along the conveyor line to subsequent packaging stations. Depending on the overall line configuration, this may include automated cap feeding and capping, bottle labeling, and the transport of the finished products.
