The pharmaceutical powder filling machine adopts a vertical structure, using roll film as its base, and completes bag making and filling operations through continuous processing. The packaging is a back-seal bag, with a regular shape, centered seal, and neat appearance, suitable for retail and bulk distribution.

The complete system mainly includes a feeding module, a metering module, a bag making module, a sealing module, and a control module. A vacuum feeder is responsible for conveying powder from the storage container to the metering unit, avoiding contamination and waste caused by manual handling. The metering device achieves quantitative output through mechanical and electrical control coordination.

The equipment supports multi-row configurations, with different numbers of rows corresponding to different production capacities, allowing users to select according to their production needs. The metering head has adjustable vertical position; when changing to different packaging sizes or different powders, the filling effect can be optimized by adjusting the material drop height, reducing powder adhesion and spillage.

During operation, the film roll first enters the forming unit, where it is folded and forms a back-sealed tubular structure. Subsequently, the longitudinal sealing device heat-seals the film longitudinally, forming a continuous tubular packaging film.

Simultaneously, a vacuum feeder draws powder material from the hopper and conveys it to the metering device. The metering system uses a screw meter to quantitatively distribute the powder according to preset parameters. The adjustable metering head adjusts its height according to the length and structure of the packaging bag, ensuring the powder enters the bag along the optimal path.

Once the material is filled, the transverse sealing device performs a transverse heat seal, simultaneously sealing the bag. The cutting mechanism cuts the continuous packaging bag into individual finished bags. Multiple rows of the system operate synchronously, with each row independently metering and sealing/cutting, achieving high-efficiency continuous packaging.

The adjustable metering head structure allows for height adjustment based on bag length and filling position, shortening the material drop distance and reducing dust emissions.

A screw metering structure, driven by a servo motor, is typically used to achieve high-precision quantitative control.

Sealing time, temperature, and pressure can be adjusted independently to ensure consistent sealing quality.
