The machine consists of five main functional units: a membrane material transport system, a bag forming system, a powder supply system, a quantitative filling system, and a sealing and cutting output system. These units are mechanically and electrically interconnected to achieve continuous operation.

For material supply, a vacuum conveying device uses negative pressure adsorption to transport powder from the storage container to the buffer silo, ensuring uninterrupted supply. The metering section employs an adjustable powder feeding assembly, whose height can be adjusted according to different packaging sizes or material characteristics, thereby changing the path and speed of the powder entering the bag and improving the filling effect.

This equipment emphasizes "systematic and stable operation." By decoupling the feeding, metering, and packaging processes, each module maintains excellent coordination even under high load conditions, reducing the failure rate.

In powder handling, negative pressure conveying replaces traditional manual or gravity feeding methods, effectively preventing dust leakage and reducing environmental pollution and material loss, making it particularly suitable for fine or lightweight powders.

The adjustable metering structure provides greater process adjustment flexibility. Operators can optimize the material feeding based on powder characteristics (such as flowability and air content), thereby improving packaging fullness and consistency.

The equipment offers high operational flexibility, supporting multiple parameter combinations and adapting to different bag lengths and filling volume requirements. Its compact structure and relatively small footprint make it suitable for scenarios with limited production space but high capacity requirements.

The electrical control system has a standardized layout, with clear circuit zones, facilitating maintenance and repair.

The one-button lifting screw metering head can be adjusted in real time according to the needs of the application site, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.

Multiple consecutive horizontal heat seals enhance seal strength for smoother, neater bags. The second horizontal seal simultaneously adds a "V" or "-" easy-tear notch to the seal area.
