This fully automatic powder packing machine integrates automatic bag making, metering, filling, sealing, cutting, and finished product output. It adopts a back-seal bag structure and is suitable for quantitative packaging of various powder materials, such as milk powder, coffee powder, flavoring powder, pharmaceutical powder, and chemical powders.

The main body of the equipment consists of a forming system, a metering system, a feeding system, a sealing and cutting system, and a control system. The multi-row design allows the equipment to be configured with 2, 4, 6, or even more rows to flexibly match different production capacity levels. The vacuum feeder uses negative pressure conveying to stably transport raw materials from the storage bin to the metering device, ensuring continuous feeding.

The liftable powder metering head is a key feature of this equipment. Its height can be adjusted according to bag length, material flowability, and packaging accuracy requirements, thereby optimizing the material drop path and reducing dust and metering errors. The entire machine uses a PLC control system and a touch screen operating interface, supporting parameter setting, operation monitoring, and fault alarm functions.
