This ziplock packaging machine adopts a fully automatic pre-made bag packaging process. The entire machine consists of a bag storage mechanism, a bag picking system, a bag opening mechanism, a screw metering system, a filling mechanism, a heat sealing system, a conveying system, and a PLC control system.

During operation, pre-made stand-up pouches are neatly placed in the bag storage hopper. A vacuum bag suction device automatically picks up the bags and transports them to the turntable station. After the mechanical grippers fix the packaging bags, the bag opening mechanism automatically opens the bag opening, creating a stable space for subsequent powder filling. The matching screw feeder continuously feeds material into the metering hopper, and the screw accurately measures the powder according to the set weight, evenly filling the packaging bag.

To address the common problems of powder spillage, powder entrapment, and metering fluctuations during powder product packaging, the equipment adopts an extended feeding structure, allowing the filling nozzle to penetrate deep into the bag for filling, effectively reducing dust spillage. Simultaneously, a bag opening sorting station is provided before sealing to prevent powder residue in the heat-sealing area, improving sealing quality.

As a core component of powder packaging, the metering mechanism uses a servo motor to drive the screw rotation, and achieves quantitative feeding by precisely controlling the speed and number of revolutions.

The feeding section adopts a fully enclosed screw conveyor structure, with the screw driven by a geared motor, continuously conveying raw materials from the storage silo to the metering system.

The ziplock packaging machine adopts an intermittent precision rotary table structure, and each station operates according to a fixed rhythm.

The heat sealing assembly adopts an independent temperature control design for the upper and lower parts, and each sealing blade is equipped with a high-precision temperature control module.
