Product Introduction

The powder filling equipment line is an automated packaging production system designed for powder products. It completes a continuous production process from empty bottle conveying, bottle positioning, quantitative powder filling, dust removal and cleaning, capping and sealing, labeling, to finished product output.

The line can be configured with screw metering systems, vacuum feeding systems, vibration anti-bridging devices, and online detection mechanisms, depending on the characteristics of different powder materials. It is suitable for various powder products such as coffee powder, milk powder, protein powder, flavoring powder, pharmaceutical powder, health product powder, and food additives.

Through modular design, the entire production line can be customized according to customer production needs, bottle specifications, and hygiene requirements, achieving stable metering, high-efficiency production, and reduced manual operation.

Working principle

The powder filling line uses an automated conveyor system to feed empty bottles into the production line. After the bottle unscrambler arranges the bottles, they enter the filling area.

Once a sensor detects that a bottle is in position, the filling mechanism starts, and the screw rotates according to set parameters, filling the bottle with a measured amount of powder.

After filling, the bottle continues to the dust removal, capping, screw-capping, and inspection stations. Finally, the packaged finished product is output by the conveyor system.

The bottle tray has an internal guiding mechanism that adjusts the spacing according to the bottle size to prevent bottles from piling up or getting stuck.

Adjustable bottle-clamping rails on both sides ensure the bottle travels in a straight line. Precise control of the bottle neck's center position before filling prevents powder spillage.

The powder in the storage bin is automatically conveyed to the filling hopper via vacuum feeding. The pipeline is made of food-grade materials with a smooth inner wall to reduce powder residue.

The powder filling equipment screw rotation angle is controlled by a servo motor, allowing for precise control of the powder output per cycle. Touchscreen adjustment of filling weight is also supported.
