The Servo Auger Filling Machine is an automated packaging equipment specifically designed for various dry powder products, enabling continuous production from bottle handling and quantitative filling to sealing and finished product output. This equipment is suitable for a variety of powder products, including milk powder, coffee powder, seasoning powder, grain powder, pharmaceutical powder, and chemical powder, ensuring accurate, efficient, and hygienic packaging.
The entire production line uses a screw or vibrating feeding system to stably convey the powder to the filling machine. Quantitative filling is achieved through high-precision weighing or screw metering, ensuring consistent powder weight in each bottle with an error controllable within ±1%. The filling module is equipped with anti-powder-spraying and anti-clogging designs, combined with a photoelectric sensing system to achieve "no bottle, no filling," effectively avoiding material waste. The capping unit uses an automatic screw capping or pressing device to ensure a tight seal at the bottle mouth and is also equipped with a defective product rejection function to ensure finished product quality.
