This auger powder filling machine is not just a standalone filler, but an automated bottling system covering the complete powder filling process.

After bottles enter the conveyor, the bottle-separating and positioning devices arrange each bottle accurately at the filling station. The auger screw filling system adjusts the screw speed according to powder density and filling weight, ensuring stable and accurate dosing.

For dusty powders, a dust collection system can be added to reduce powder pollution and keep the working area cleaner. The capping unit automatically completes cap sorting, positioning, and tightening, while the full line can be connected with labeling machines and printers for continuous bottle production.

Empty bottles enter the filling area via a conveyor belt. Once a photoelectric sensor detects the bottle's position, a positioning mechanism secures it.

The filling system controls the screw's rotation according to preset parameters, conveying powder from the hopper into the bottle. A servo motor controls the screw's operation, ensuring a more stable feed rate each time.

After filling, the bottles enter the capping area. Caps are automatically arranged by a cap sorter and then gripped and locked by a capping head.

The entire process is centrally controlled by a PLC system, including functions such as bottle detection, no-bottle-no-fill, metering adjustment, and speed control, achieving continuous automated production.

It controls the screw's running speed and stopping position to achieve rapid response and accurate measurement and allows for convenient parameter adjustment via a touchscreen.

The filling nozzle assembly features a design that fits close to the bottle mouth, reducing powder fall and dust. Some models can be equipped with a lift-type filling head to accommodate bottles of different heights.
