Table Top Powder Filling Machine

This table top powder filling machine is a compact, semi-automatic solution for accurately filling powdered products into bags, bottles, cans, and other containers. The machine integrates a powder hopper, screw conveyor, filling nozzles, electronic scale, and touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI) into a single compact benchtop unit.

No fully automated filling line is required; the operator simply places the container on the weighing platform to start the filling cycle. Powder is conveyed from the hopper via an internal screw conveyor and discharged through the filling nozzles. The electronic scale monitors the filling weight, helping the machine to more consistently control the target dosage.

After the powder is loaded into the hopper, the operator places an empty container on the electronic weighing scale and sets the required filling weight through the touchscreen HMI. When filling starts, the auger dosing mechanism rotates and moves powder from the hopper toward the filling nozzle. Powder is discharged directly into the container while the electronic scale continuously monitors the increasing weight. As the measured weight approaches the preset target, the filling process can be controlled to reduce or stop powder feeding. Once the target filling weight is reached, the operator removes the filled container and places the next empty container on the scale for the following cycle.
