The machine consists of a powder filling system, a bottle unscrambler, a capping mechanism, and a labeling module. The bottle unscrambler automatically sorts and transports empty bottles to the filling position, preventing clogging or tipping. The powder filling machine is equipped with a high-precision screw metering system, which can adjust the filling volume according to the material characteristics. The capping machine automatically positions and tightens the caps, ensuring a reliable seal. The labeling module can automatically apply single-sided or multi-sided labels with precise positioning, adapting to different bottle sizes. The entire system is controlled by a PLC and operated via a touchscreen, allowing for one-button setting of production speed, filling volume, and batch information, achieving fully automated management.
