The zipper pouch filling machine employs an automatic pre-made bag dispensing system, eliminating the need for on-site bag making and directly completing bag opening, material filling, sealing, and finished product output.

Addressing common issues in powder packaging such as dust generation, wall adhesion, and unstable metering, the equipment optimizes the feeding structure and bag opening control system to achieve stable powder filling.

The equipment can be configured with different specifications of screw feeding mechanisms according to product requirements, adapting to various material characteristics such as ultrafine powders, lightweight powders, and powders prone to caking by changing the screw assembly. For powders with poor flowability, a stirring auxiliary device can be added to prevent voids or bridging within the hopper.

After the equipment starts, the powder first enters the storage system and is continuously replenished to the metering hopper via the feeding mechanism.

Packaging bags are placed in the storage hopper and individually separated and delivered to the operating station by a mechanical bag-retrieving device. After the bag clamping mechanism secures the packaging bag, the bag opening system opens the bag opening, and a detection device confirms that the bag is in a properly open state.

The metering system controls the screw rotation according to preset weight parameters, evenly conveying the powder to the filling pipe. During the feeding process, the filling nozzle penetrates deep into the packaging bag for filling, reducing powder scattering.

The base of the machine is made of thickened stainless steel welded structure, which has a strong load-bearing capacity and is not easily deformed during long-term operation.

The screw is manufactured using high-precision machining technology, ensuring uniform material feeding during operation.
