The core of the rotary powder filling machine consists of three main parts: a powder screw conveyor, a vertical powder metering device, and an eight-station rotary stand-up pouch packaging machine.

The screw conveyor stably lifts bulk powder from the hopper to the metering hopper, employing a tubular closed conveying structure to reduce dust dispersion. The metering section uses a servo-driven screw metering method, achieving precise feeding by controlling the screw speed and number of revolutions.

Downstream, the rotary machine automatically handles bag picking, opening, filling, shaping, and heat sealing. Multiple stations operate synchronously in a continuous cycle, enabling continuous packaging production. The entire machine features a stainless steel structure and a transparent protective cover, facilitating observation of its operating status and meeting food-grade production standards.

It adopts a fully enclosed stainless steel tubular spiral structure, with the internal screw made of thickened alloy material, and different pitches can be changed according to the powder characteristics.

The pre-made bag picking mechanism automatically detects no-bag/missing-bag status, preventing empty runs.
