The fully automatic granular packaging lines utilizes a centralized PLC-based control system, with individual workstations synchronized via servo and variable-frequency drive systems. It functions as a weight-based quantitative filling system, typically incorporating a multihead weigher as the core metering unit. The standard, end-to-end process includes: bottle unscrambling and orientation → conveying and positioning → empty bottle inspection → granular product weighing and filling → static and dust removal (optional) → automatic cap placement → torque-controlled capping → induction sealing (aluminum foil) → in-line coding (production date/batch number) → labeling (for round bottles) → finished product collection.
The machine frame and all product-contact components are constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel; 316-grade stainless steel is available as an upgrade to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry or for handling highly corrosive materials. The system is designed for dry granular products, such as nuts, dried fruits, grains and cereals, coffee beans, candies, herbal tea blends, spices, freeze-dried pet food, seeds, and granular health supplements. Depending on the configuration, the production line speed can be adjusted between 15 and 80 bottles per minute, with a filling capacity ranging from 10g to 2,000g. Switching between different bottle types or specifications is simple, requiring no complex mechanical adjustments-operators can simply recall pre-saved recipes via the touchscreen interface. The equipment adheres to GMP hygienic design standards; all product-contact components are detachable and washable. It is suitable for use in both cleanroom environments and standard production facilities.
