Filling And Packaging Line

The automated filling and packaging line for granular materials is specifically designed for products with good flowability. The system performs the entire process-from precise, gram-level weighing of bulk materials and filling into bottles or containers, to sealing and labeling-in a continuous, fully automated operation that requires no manual intervention.

At the heart of this production line is a 10-head combination weigher, which replaces inefficient and inconsistent manual or semi-automatic filling methods. The workflow is as follows: a vibratory feeder delivers the product to a Z-type bucket elevator, which transports it to the weighing platform. The combination weigher then accurately measures the target weight, and the product is dispensed into the bottles. Subsequently, the filled bottles are conveyed directly to in-line capping and labeling stations. The finished, packaged products emerge from the end of the line, with the entire process requiring virtually no human contact with the product.

Pet food and treats: Dry food, cat treats, freeze-dried food, dental chews, etc., packaged in stand-up pouches or metal cans.
Nuts, seeds, and dried fruits: Roasted peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, mixed nut snacks, etc., packaged in glass jars or PET plastic jars.
Coffee and tea: Roasted coffee beans, loose-leaf tea, herbal tea bags, etc., packaged in canisters or jars.
Breakfast foods and cereals: Granola, oat toppings, cereal clusters, puffed grains, etc.
Confectionery: Hard candies, jelly beans, chocolate-coated candies, small cookies, etc.
Spices and seasonings: Coarse salt, peppercorns, bouillon granules, etc.
Non-food granular products: Plastic resin pellets, hardware accessory kits, desiccant packets, agricultural seeds, etc.
