The equipment features a logical internal layout comprising product infeed, carton supply, cartoning, and finished product discharge zones. Upon entering the machine, bottles are guided and aligned into position, while cartons-pre-loaded into the storage area-are continuously fed into the system. The two components are brought together in the cartoning zone before proceeding to the sealing and discharge stages.

For customers integrating the machine into an existing production line, the infeed and discharge directions can be customized to align with upstream equipment (such as filling, capping, and labeling machines) and downstream case-packing systems.

The hopper mechanism is designed to store unused carton blanks. Operators can load a supply of cartons in advance, allowing the equipment to continuously feed them during production and thereby reducing the frequency of manual replenishment.

The positioning structure uses guiding and limiting mechanisms to ensure the carton is correctly positioned before the product is inserted, thereby minimizing the impact of carton misalignment on the cartoning process.

The forming section is directly related to the carton dimensions; therefore, the relevant structure must be determined based on actual carton samples when configuring the auto cartoner.

Once the bottle has fully entered the carton, the closing assembly folds and shuts the carton flaps. The specific configuration can be adapted based on the type of closure used-such as tuck-in tabs, folding flaps, or other sealing methods.
