This fully automatic bottle cartoning equipment performs the entire cartoning process-from carton storage, automatic suction and erection, and precise product insertion to flap folding, sealing (via tuck-in or snap-lock bottom), and finished product discharge-in a completely automated, closed-loop operation.

Compared to traditional semi-automatic equipment, this machine eliminates the need for manual carton placement, product feeding, and sealing, thereby significantly reducing labor dependency. It also supports customization; specialized tooling and operating parameters can be tailored to specific bottle dimensions, carton specifications, and production capacity requirements, ensuring adaptability to diverse production environments.

The equipment automatically picks up, opens, and shapes the carton using a combination of negative-pressure suction from the magazine and a mechanical positioning structure. Bottled products are conveyed at a constant speed on a chain conveyor; photoelectric sensors trigger a servo-driven pusher mechanism to insert the product precisely into the carton. Synchronized automatic folding and insertion take place, and once the product is in position, multiple folding and pressing assemblies fully close and seal the carton-eliminating the need for glue or tape.

It features a high-capacity hopper design that allows for the stacked storage of a large number of cartons at once, reducing the frequency of reloading.

Utilizes a wear-resistant, anti-slip slat chain conveyor system that ensures smooth, jam-free transport and effectively secures bottled products, preventing sliding or tipping during conveyance.

The bottle cartoning equipment features a high-definition Chinese-English touchscreen that integrates functions such as parameter settings, production statistics, fault diagnostics, operational monitoring, and mode switching, offering responsive touch control and smooth operation.

Utilizing multiple sets of independent folding and pressing assemblies, the system sequentially performs the automated folding, tab-locking, and compression-sealing of the carton's top, side, and bottom flaps.
