This automatic cartoner is designed to replace manual cartoning operations. The equipment automatically picks cartons from the magazine, erects the carton blanks, conveys them to the loading station, inserts the product, and completes the flap folding and sealing processes. Switching between product specifications requires only simple adjustments to accommodate different product sizes.
The machine features a PLC control system and a touchscreen HMI, allowing operators to set production speeds, track batch counts, and monitor fault alarms. The transparent safety enclosure is equipped with safety interlocks; the machine stops immediately if a safety door is opened. It can operate as a standalone unit or integrate with upstream equipment-such as filling and labeling machines-to form a complete packaging line. It is suitable for cartoning cosmetic bottles, skincare containers, small food jars, and pharmaceutical products.

Carton magazine: Located at the rear upper section of the machine, it holds stacks of flat cartons. The magazine structure is adjustable based on carton length, ensuring a continuous supply to the pickup unit.

The infeed conveyor mechanism is located on the left side of the machine; it transports finished products-such as cosmetic bottles-to the cartoning station, ensuring uniform feeding synchronized with the main machine's speed.

Inside the machine housing, cam and flap-folding guide assemblies sequentially fold the carton flaps to complete the sealing process; the flap-folding guides are adjustable to accommodate various carton styles.

The automatic cartoner features a stainless steel base frame equipped with adjustable leveling feet and mobile casters; the lower cabinet houses electrical components, while the leveling feet ensure machine stability during high-speed production.
