The automatic cartoning machine utilizes a continuous conveying system to feed products and cartons into their respective stations, employing mechanical mechanisms to execute tasks such as carton retrieval, opening, product insertion, and sealing. Products enter the cartoning area via a conveyor line. The conveying channel can be adjusted according to product dimensions, ensuring stable transport for different products.

Once the product reaches the designated position, the pusher mechanism pushes it into the opened carton in accordance with the equipment's operating sequence.

The carton opening mechanism is responsible for unfolding flattened cartons to create space for the subsequent insertion of products while synchronizing with the timing of the carton transport system.

After the product enters the carton, the carton continues to be conveyed rearward; the automatic cartoning machine's carton-folding mechanism then sequentially folds and closes the carton flaps, resulting in a fully formed carton.
