When bottled products are loaded into cartons, factors such as product orientation, bottle positioning, and the state of the carton opening all influence the final packaging outcome. After the bottles are fully inserted, the machine advances the cartons toward the sealing zone. A flap-folding mechanism processes the carton flaps in a continuous motion, followed by the sealing mechanism, which completes the final closure. Once discharged, the finished packages can proceed directly to downstream stages such as inspection, case packing, or palletizing.

The carton feeding mechanism is responsible for the continuous supply of cartons, feeding them one by one from the storage area into the transport path. This mechanism must maintain proper spacing between cartons to prevent multiple cartons from entering the cartoning position simultaneously.

After entering the equipment, the carton travels along guide rails. Guide components on both sides help constrain the carton's lateral position, ensuring the opening remains properly aligned to receive the bottled product.

After the bottle enters the carton, the carton continues to move forward and passes through the flap-folding assembly. The flaps are folded sequentially according to the carton's structure, gradually transforming the carton from an open state to a closed state.
