This popcorn sealing machine adopts a multi-unit collaborative working mode, consisting of a solid feeding module, a liquid filling module, and a bagging and sealing module. All systems are centrally controlled and managed. The overall structure is compact, requiring little floor space, and suitable for various production environments.

In applications, this equipment is commonly used for seasoning compound packages (such as sauces + dry ingredients), instant food ingredient packages, and daily chemical trial combination packages. By changing the metering parameters and compartment structure, different ratios and capacity combinations can be achieved to meet diverse product needs.

The entire machine operates based on the logic of "compartmental forming + synchronous feeding":

First, the film roll enters the forming area via a guiding system, where it is folded by a special mold to form a bag-shaped structure with longitudinal partitions. This structure has multiple independent filling areas pre-reserved before sealing.

Then, the feeding stage begins, with each material system operating sequentially or synchronously according to a pre-set program:

The solid portion is metered and then flows into the spaces on both sides of the bag via a guide structure; the liquid portion enters the central area through a conveying pipe and is injected within a set time window;

Once all materials are filled, the system triggers the sealing action, sealing the bag through heating and pressure, while simultaneously cutting it to form a single bag. The entire process relies on real-time sensor feedback to ensure precise coordination of each action and prevent misalignment or leakage.

The popcorn sealing machine features a split-channel design, creating physical isolation between the feeding and discharging ends to ensure that particles and liquids do not mix or cross-contaminate during transport.

High-speed, precise metering allows for rapid pouring into bags or containers, improving metering efficiency. The measuring cup's gram reading is adjustable by ±30%.

When material shortage, material jamming, abnormal temperature, or insufficient air pressure occurs, the system automatically stops the corresponding workstation and issues an alarm to prevent the production of batches of defective products.

Each execution unit (feeding, filling, sealing) is linked and controlled by servo drive, which can automatically match the action time according to the production cycle, reducing mechanical impact and error accumulation.
