During operation, the packaging film is directionally conveyed into the forming area by a clamping and pulling mechanism, where it is shaped into a standard four-side sealed bag using a bag-making mold. Liquid material is quantitatively injected within a set time, followed by heat sealing to ensure uniform heating and complete closure of the bag's four sides.

The pouch packaging machine operation is coordinated by a central control system, with tight coordination between each action node, effectively reducing downtime and empty bags. For different liquid characteristics, flexible adaptation to various product specifications can be achieved by adjusting the filling method, sealing parameters, and bag length settings. While maintaining stable operation, the equipment also considers the finished product's appearance and sealing strength, meeting the needs of long-term continuous production.

The bag-making mold is highly precise, ensuring neat edges and corners of the bag and preventing skewing during forming. Its structural design allows for easy replacement and adjustment according to bag size requirements.

The clamping components control the force on both sides of the membrane material, so that the membrane maintains a stable tension state during operation, reducing stretching deformation and membrane material waste.

The filling system is timed to the sealing process, and the liquid path is quickly cut off after filling to reduce the risk of dripping and keep the sealing area clean.

The sealing heating element has a fast response speed and stable temperature control, and can be finely adjusted according to different composite film structures to improve sealing strength.
