Working principle

During operation, the film feeding system first feeds the packaging film into the forming unit, where it is positioned by guide rollers to form a bag-shaped channel with a partitioned structure. Then, the multi-material synchronous filling stage begins:

Particles on the left and right sides are fed to their respective channels via independent feeding devices (such as measuring cups) and dispensed according to a set weight; Liquid in the middle is delivered to a metering pump via pipeline and quantitatively injected within a set time; The three materials simultaneously enter the partially sealed bag in their respective independent channels without interference;

After filling, the horizontal sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag to form a complete bag, which is then cut to form an individual finished product. The entire process operates continuously and automatically, with sensors and a control system ensuring coordination and synchronization between each station, guaranteeing filling accuracy and sealing quality.
