work principle
The corn flakes packing machine uses a PLC and servo drive as the control core, completing the entire process of automated operations according to a set rhythm. The film is conveyed through tension control and photoelectric alignment to the zoned forming device, first completing the longitudinal center seal and the middle compartment seal, dividing the bag into left, middle, and right chambers; granules are accurately dispensed by a volumetric cup into the left and right chambers simultaneously, while the middle liquid is quantitatively injected into the middle chamber by a pump. After filling each chamber, the horizontal heat sealing mechanism completes the top and bottom seals according to the set temperature and pressure, while the coder simultaneously prints the batch number and date. Finally, the servo cutter cuts along the sealing line, and the finished product is output via the conveyor. Throughout the process, sensors monitor film position, material levels, sealing temperature, and filling volume in real time, automatically triggering alarms and stopping the machine in case of abnormalities, ensuring each bag has independently partitioned materials, accurate measurement, and intact sealing.
