In terms of structural layout, the equipment physically separates the granular and liquid systems: the granular system is located on the left and right sides, typically equipped with a vibrating feeder or measuring cup mechanism; the liquid system is centrally located, equipped with a dedicated storage tank and delivery pump. The packaging section supports continuous bag making, and bag width, length, and cut type can be customized according to requirements.
Furthermore, the equipment has excellent expandability, and easy-tear structures or irregularly shaped cutters can be added to meet diverse market demands.
Working principle
After the equipment starts, the packaging film is introduced by the unwinding mechanism, tensioned by guide rollers, and then enters the forming unit to form a bag tube. After longitudinal sealing, the system enters the synchronous filling stage:
First, the granule system outputs a quantitative amount at a set speed, with the material flowing through guide channels into the two sides of the bag. Simultaneously, the liquid system injects liquid into the center of the bag at a stable flow rate via a metering pump. The three material streams are precisely matched in time and space.
After filling, the horizontal sealing mechanism performs heat sealing and separates the individual packages using a cutter. The entire process is continuously cyclical, with each action coordinated by the central control system to ensure a stable production rhythm.
