Products Description

The multi-lane back-seal liquid packing sealing machine is an intelligent packaging device integrating automatic bag making, liquid metering, automatic filling, heat sealing, and cutting output. The machine uses an automatic roll film feeding system, forming a back-seal bag structure through a longitudinal sealer, followed by sealing and bag cutting by a transverse sealing mechanism, achieving continuous automatic packaging.

The main body of the machine is typically made of 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade and hygiene-grade production requirements. Parts in contact with materials can be made of 316L stainless steel according to industry needs, effectively improving corrosion resistance. The machine has a compact structure and small footprint and is suitable for workshop assembly line layouts.

Working principle

The multi-lane back-seal liquid packaging machine uses an automatic film feeding system to deliver packaging film to the forming unit. The film is folded to form a bag shape, and a longitudinal heat seal completes the back seal. Subsequently, the liquid material is quantitatively filled into the packaging bag via a metering system. A transverse sealing mechanism then heat-seals the bag opening and simultaneously cuts it to form an individually packaged finished product.

The equipment employs a multi-lane synchronous operation mode, allowing for simultaneous bag making, filling, and sealing, significantly improving packaging efficiency.
