The oil pouch packing machine uses a longitudinal back-sealing process to form strip-shaped bags, making it easier to arrange the packaged products in a concentrated manner and for subsequent boxing. This model is particularly suitable for product scenarios with high production capacity requirements and small single-bag dimensions, such as disposable seasoning packets, trial-size cosmetics, and medical dosage liquids. The machine emphasizes consistent operating cycle time and uniformity of finished product appearance, maintaining stable dimensions and packaging effects during mass production.

During operation, the packaging film is pre-treated by a tension balancing system to stabilize it before entering the forming stage. The film is then guided into a multi-channel forming structure, where it undergoes folding and wrapping to create a continuous open-pocket shape. The longitudinal sealing assembly presses and heats the film along its running direction, forming a continuous sealing line on the back. Liquid filling is not simply synchronized but phase-matched according to the equipment's cycle time: when the bag reaches the designated position, the metering system activates, precisely injecting the liquid. Afterward, the transverse sealing device seals the bag intermittently or continuously, and the finished products are separated one by one by a cutting mechanism. The entire process emphasizes precise timing and positioning to avoid material jamming or volume deviation during sealing.
