The system combines a straight-line bottle conveyor with a vertical coffee powder feeding setup. When an empty bottle arrives at the filling station, the indexing stop cylinder (gating system) positions it in place. After a preset delay, the filling cycle begins automatically. Once the programmed pulse count is reached and the correct amount of powder has been dispensed, the stop cylinder retracts, allowing the filled bottle to move on to the next station.
