The sugar sachet packaging machine is composed of several key systems, including the film feeding unit, bag forming mechanism, multi-lane metering system, vertical and horizontal sealing units, bag cutting mechanism, and intelligent control system. Designed for continuous high-speed operation, the machine adopts a multi-lane packaging structure, allowing multiple sachets to be produced simultaneously. It can efficiently complete the forming, filling, sealing, and cutting processes of granular products with stable performance and accurate packaging results.

The machine uses an automatic roll film unwinding and feeding system to ensure smooth and continuous film supply. When the packaging film passes through the film guiding and positioning mechanism, it is precisely shaped into a back-seal sachet structure by the forming unit. Each packaging lane is equipped with an independent metering device, which controls the filling amount according to the preset weight or volume parameters. This multi-channel independent dosing design helps maintain consistent filling accuracy between each sachet while improving production efficiency and reducing material waste.

The main body of the equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel, and the areas in contact with the products meet food hygiene requirements.

Each packaging column is equipped with an independent feeding channel, allowing for the selection of different measuring cups based on particle characteristics. The filling amount per bag is controlled by adjusting the capacity.

The horizontal sealing assembly adopts a precise pressure control structure to keep the upper and lower sealing blades parallel, thereby improving the flatness of the seal.

The sugar sachet packaging machine adopts servo motors that are used to control the film material conveying and bag length positioning, improving operational accuracy.
