This double-lane back-seal automatic sachet filling machine adopts a double-row synchronous packaging structure, integrating automatic film feeding, bag making, liquid metering, filling, back sealing, and bag cutting functions into one unit, achieving continuous automated production of liquid products in pouches. The equipment is equipped with a dual-path independent filling system, capable of completing two rows of packaging simultaneously, improving production efficiency while maintaining consistency in liquid volume and packaging size for each pouch.

1. Precise Liquid Metering: The equipment is equipped with a high-precision liquid metering system, matching different types of feed pumps according to product characteristics to achieve stable delivery and quantitative filling.

2. Stable Sealing Performance: An independent temperature-controlled sealing system is used to precisely adjust the longitudinal and transverse sealing temperatures.

3. Servo Control System: Servo drive control is used for film feeding and key actions, making the equipment operation more precise and stable.

The filling valve equipment adopts a quick-opening valve structure. It can promptly cut off the liquid flow after filling, reducing liquid residue on the nozzle, liquid dripping, and contamination of the sealing area.

Precision-machined components allow the packaging film to pass through smoothly. Different bag widths and packaging sizes can be adjusted by changing the forming components.

The automatic sachet filling machine uses an independent temperature control system to control the sealing area. The heating temperature, holding time, and working status of each heating zone can be adjusted independently.

The bag cutting system uses a high-wear-resistant blade structure and can be configured with a standard cutting blade, a toothed blade, or an easy-tear blade according to product requirements.
