Powder Sachet Stick Packing Machine

The single-lane powder sachet stick packing machine automates the entire process of packaging powder materials into small bags. The material is first fed into the machine from the hopper via a screw metering device or vacuum feeding system. The screw precisely controls the weight of each bag of powder, ensuring stable metering.

The packaging film is pulled out by the back-seal forming device to form a vertical bag, and simultaneously undergoes preliminary sealing via longitudinal and transverse sealing mechanisms. The metered powder is automatically fed into the pre-formed packaging bag, with the filling action synchronized with bag making to ensure consistency in the material of each bag.

After filling, the transverse sealing mechanism performs the final sealing and cutting, forming an individual packaging bag with a flat, secure seal that prevents powder leakage. The finished bags are then conveyed to the next process through the discharge port, achieving continuous production. The entire process is managed by a PLC control system, and parameters can be flexibly adjusted via a touch screen, ensuring efficient, stable, and automated operation of the equipment.
