At the heart of this dry powder packaging equipment lies horizontal screw filling technology. The rotating screw ensures even powder delivery into packaging bags, making it ideally suited for materials that are poor-flowing, prone to density variation, or susceptible to bridging. To accommodate a broad spectrum of applications-from fine powders to high-density granules-the system supports customizable screw specifications, mixing mechanisms, and feed structures.

Built on a modular architecture, the dry powder packaging line integrates six key subsystems: a powder storage unit, a six-lane screw metering system, an automatic film feeding system, a bag forming mechanism, a continuous heat sealing system, a bag cutting unit, and a PLC-based control platform.

During equipment operation, powder first enters the top storage hopper, where it is supplied evenly via stirring or auxiliary feeding structures, depending on the material's state.

Once the packaging cycle begins, the horizontal screw metering device activates, driving the screw to rotate via a drive motor. The screw blades propel the powder along a fixed direction, delivering a predetermined amount of powder to six filling outlets according to a preset speed and number of rotations.

Simultaneously, the packaging film enters the forming area via a film-laying mechanism and is folded to form continuous back-sealed bags.

The filling mechanism simultaneously fills the corresponding bags with powder. After filling, the longitudinal sealing device seals the back; the transverse sealing mechanism clamps the top and bottom of the bag; the cutter separates the finished product according to a set bag length; and the finished bags enter the conveyor belt.

The equipment uses a horizontally mounted screw, which rotates to push the powder forward, thus achieving quantitative conveying.

It adopts an independent powder metering drive unit. Each column has an independent control drive motor, screw assembly, and parameter adjustment system.

An automatic film feeding device is installed at the rear of the equipment for installing packaging film rolls. This device ensures stable film roll operation, controls the film release speed, and prevents the film from becoming loose or overstretched.
