This is a automatic sauce packing machine. The finished bag type is a strip-shaped back-seal bag (rounded corner back-seal bags, irregularly shaped bags, and three-side seal bags are also available). The bag surface is flat and the seal is aesthetically pleasing, suitable for shelf display and portable use.

The metering system uses a servo-driven rotor pump. Compared with traditional piston pumps and gear pumps, rotor pumps are more adaptable to high-viscosity materials and materials containing particles, offering high metering accuracy, low shear force, and less likelihood of stringing and dripping. Combined with a built-in material cutting device, the filling nozzle automatically cuts off the material flow before sealing, effectively preventing material contamination of the sealing area.

The equipment supports flexible adjustment of the metering range from 1 to 60 ml. Bag width and length can be adjusted via the touchscreen. The servo bag-pulling system allows for specification switching without changing mechanical parts, suitable for small-batch flexible production needs of multiple varieties and specifications.

The anti-drip device is installed at the end of the filling nozzle and is linked to the filling action. It adopts a pneumatic shut-off valve structure to cut off the material flow after filling is completed.

The cutting blade and the horizontal sealing action are synchronized, achieving sealing and cutting in one step.

The longitudinal sealing device features an independent PID temperature control system, with heating blocks made of high-quality alloy materials for uniform heat conduction. The sealing width is adjustable, and the sealing pressure is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve.

The automatic sauce packing machine control system is a PLC main controller, and the electrical components include Schneider/Omron relays, contactors, and switching power supplies.
