Products Description

Powder products typically suffer from poor flowability, dust generation, and significant density variations. Therefore, the sachet maker machine's structural design prioritizes optimization of the powder conveying and metering systems.

The machine employs a screw-type powder metering device. Different screw specifications are configured based on powder density and packaging weight requirements. A servo motor controls the screw rotation to achieve stable feeding. For powders prone to moisture absorption or bridging, a stirring device or vibration auxiliary mechanism can be added to maintain powder uniformity.

Working principle

During operation, the powder in the storage bin is first automatically drawn into the top hopper of the packaging machine via a vacuum feeder. Once the material in the hopper reaches the set height, the feeding system automatically stops, eliminating the need for manual feeding.

After entering the metering system, the powder is driven by a servo-driven screw to rotate according to set parameters, conveying a measured amount of powder into the forming bag.

The packaging film enters the forming unit via the film feeding mechanism, forming a continuous strip bag structure. A longitudinal sealing device then completes the back seal. Simultaneously, a transverse sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag opening, and the bag is cut to a set length by a cutter, ultimately outputting individual powder bags.
