Powder Sachet Packing Machine

The powder sachet packing machine is an automated packaging device specifically designed for the automatic metering, bag making, filling, sealing, and cutting of powdery materials. This equipment adopts a single-row longitudinal bag-making structure and completes the bag sealing through back sealing. It is suitable for packaging free-flowing powdery materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and daily chemical industries.

The equipment has a compact overall structure and small footprint, making it suitable for small to medium-scale production lines. It also boasts high packaging accuracy and stability. By changing different mold specifications and adjusting parameters, it can produce various bag sizes to meet the diverse packaging size and quantity requirements of different customers.

First, the film roll enters the forming unit via the film feeding mechanism, where it is guided to roll from a flat film into a cylindrical structure. Then, a longitudinal sealing device heats and presses the back of the film to form a longitudinal back seal.

Simultaneously with bag making, a metering system (usually a screw metering system) precisely delivers powdered material into the packaging bag according to set parameters. After filling, a transverse sealing device heat-seals the top and bottom of the bag, simultaneously cutting the bag to its length to form an independent packaging unit.

The entire process is centrally controlled by a PLC system, with each actuator operating synchronously according to the program, thus achieving continuous automated packaging.
