Filling Sachet Machine

The filling sachet machine features a large-capacity storage structure on top, allowing for selection of appropriate metering methods based on different granular products. For products with uniform particle size and good flowability, a measuring cup can be used, controlling the packaging weight by adjusting the cup volume. For products requiring higher weight accuracy, a multi-head combination scale or high-precision metering system can be used for rapid weighing and precise feeding.

The entire machine adopts a modular design with clearly defined functional areas, including a film feeding system, metering system, sealing system, bag cutting system, and electrical control system. Operators can adjust packaging speed, bag length, sealing temperature, and metering parameters via a touchscreen. Production can be quickly initiated after changing parameters for different products.

The equipment is suitable for small-package production of various granular products such as salt, sugar, coffee granules, tea granules, seasonings, food additives, desiccants, pet food granules, and agricultural seeds.

The working process mainly includes several key steps: film feeding, forming, metering, filling, sealing, and bag cutting. After the equipment starts, the packaging film is precisely fed by the servo film feeding system and formed into continuous bags by the forming device; then, the measuring cup mechanism operates synchronously, accurately distributing and filling the granular products into each bag according to the set weight; after filling, the sealing system heat-seales the bags to ensure packaging airtightness and consistent appearance; finally, the bag cutting mechanism separates the continuous bags according to the set dimensions, outputting individual finished bags.

When using a swing-type measuring cup for fine granular materials, rapid and accurate filling can be achieved.

When using a drawer-type volumetric measuring cup for ordinary granular materials, the movement and splashing of particles can be avoided.

The filling sachet machine's vertical sealing mechanism is used to seal the back of the bag, forming a complete bag shape from the packaging film.

The horizontal sealing device is responsible for sealing the top and bottom of each bag. The sealing pressure is uniform; multiple rows are sealed synchronously, reducing the occurrence of missed seals and material jamming.
