Sachet & Stick Paste Packaging Machine

The sachet & stick paste packaging machine employs a multi-lane independent filling and synchronous sealing structure. After precise feeding, the packaging film enters the forming area, where the forming unit positions the bag. Multiple filling units synchronously fill liquid according to set capacities, with each channel independently controlled to ensure consistent filling volume across all bags even at high speeds.

To address the issues of liquid dripping and seal contamination, the equipment is equipped with anti-drip filling nozzles that quickly close after filling, reducing liquid residue, ensuring a clean heat-sealing area, and improving sealing performance.

The 3-side sealing system utilizes an independent temperature-controlled heat-sealing structure, allowing adjustment of sealing temperature, pressure, and time based on different film materials and product characteristics. It is suitable for various composite packaging films, ensuring a smooth and secure seal.

1. High-precision liquid filling system: The machine employs a professional liquid metering mechanism, selecting different pump types based on product characteristics. For low-viscosity liquids, piston or plunger pumps can be used for stable delivery; for liquids containing particles or with high viscosity, a special delivery structure can be matched.

2. Stable 3-side sealing structure: The equipment uses an upper and lower heating sealing method, maintaining a stable sealing blade temperature through a temperature control system. Sealing pressure and sealing time can be adjusted according to the packaging film material, ensuring good heat sealing results for different packaging materials such as PE and PET composite films.

3. Automatic film material correction system: During packaging, the film material is easily affected by tension changes, leading to misalignment. The equipment is equipped with a photoelectric detection device to detect the position of the printed marks on the packaging film in real time and automatically adjust the film material's running direction.

Sanitary-grade storage hoppers are used for temporary storage of liquids awaiting packaging. They can be equipped with a stirring function to prevent sedimentation in high-viscosity liquids.

The equipment uses an anti-drip filling nozzle structure, which quickly closes the liquid channel after filling. This reduces liquid residue on the bag walls, bag mouth contamination, and liquid trapping during sealing.

All liquid delivery lines are configured according to product characteristics. All parts of the sachet & stick paste packaging machine that come into contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel and have been polished to reduce liquid residue.

The horizontal sealing mechanism uses a stable mechanical drive to control the opening and closing of the sealing blades. The movement of the sealing blades remains synchronized, ensuring that each row of packaging bags receives the same pressure.
