The equipment adopts a vertical structure, consisting of a film feeding system, tension control system, forming mechanism, liquid metering system, sealing assembly, cutting assembly, and electrical control system. Continuous production is achieved through synchronous control between modules.

Regarding bag type selection, the paste filling and sealing machine is equipped with an adjustable forming unit and a multi-angle sealing assembly. For strip bag production, a conventional longitudinal seal + transverse seal structure is used; for triangular bag production, a stable three-side seal structure is formed by changing the transverse seal angle and the cutter trajectory. Bag type switching does not require replacing the entire machine; only the positions of key components or the corresponding program needs to be adjusted.

The metering section typically uses a high-precision liquid pump (such as a piston or peristaltic pump), capable of matching parameters according to different material characteristics, such as flow rate, backflow rate, and anti-drip time, thereby ensuring consistent filling volume in each bag.

The control system is based on a PLC + touchscreen architecture, enabling centralized management of parameters such as production speed, bag length, filling volume, and temperature profiles. It also supports multi-recipe storage, making it suitable for multi-category production.

During operation, the film roll is released through the unwinding rack, maintaining constant tension under magnetic powder braking or servo control to prevent material stretching or relaxation. The film enters the forming zone via guide rollers, where it is folded by the forming device to form the initial bag structure.

In strip bag mode, the film first forms a cylindrical structure, which is then back-sealed or side-sealed by a longitudinal sealing device, followed by periodic sealing and cutting by a transverse heat-sealing device.

In triangular bag mode, the transverse sealing mechanism performs staggered sealing at a certain angle, while the cutter cuts along a set trajectory, forming a geometrically stable triangular structure.

Liquid is injected synchronously during bag making, and the metering system outputs periodically according to the set capacity, preventing dripping at the end of filling through back suction or delayed shut-off.

During the sealing stage, the heating temperature and pressing time are precisely adjusted by the temperature control module to ensure the composite film material fuses under appropriate conditions, guaranteeing sealing strength.

The entire process is controlled in a closed loop via encoder and sensor feedback, ensuring that each action node is synchronized with the main shaft's operating cycle, thus achieving a stable and highly repeatable production process.

The drive system often uses servo motors to control key actions (such as film pulling and cutting), making the operation smoother and the positioning more accurate.

The film conveying section is equipped with an automatic correction device that uses photoelectric detection to adjust the position of the film material in real time to prevent deviation and waste.
