This soaker food pads packaging machine adopts a horizontal continuous production structure design, with the entire production line operating according to the process flow of "film supply-bag making-filling-lamination-sealing-cutting". Four rolls of film each perform different functions, including a liquid permeation layer, a bottom barrier layer, and reinforcing edge sealing material on both sides, together forming a complete absorbent pad structure.

The equipment is equipped with a dedicated particle distribution mechanism that can evenly spread the material to the absorbent area according to the product width, avoiding the localized accumulation phenomenon that occurs with traditional filling methods.

After the equipment starts operating, four sets of packaging materials first enter the processing area via guide rollers. During the conveying process, a photoelectric detection device monitors the film material position in real time to ensure that the trajectory of each layer of material is consistent.

The granular raw materials are conveyed to the distribution mechanism by the feeding device and then enter the feeding system according to a preset quantity. The feeding system evenly distributes the material on the surface of the moving packaging materials, forming a stable adsorption layer.

Subsequently, an upper layer of permeable material covers the surface of the granular layer, and each layer of material is initially fixed in position by a pressing mechanism. The sealing device performs continuous heat pressing on all four sides of the product, completely encapsulating the granules within the internal structure.

After sealing, the product enters the shaping area, where the edge flatness and thickness are adjusted. Finally, it is cut into single finished products by a fixed-length cutting mechanism and automatically conveyed out of the production line by the conveyor system.
