Meat Absorbent Pad Machine

The meat absorbent pad machine can automatically convey products, double-film wrapping, heat sealing, and continuous cutting. It employs a double-roll film-attached packaging structure, ensuring more even stress on the packaging film during operation, making it suitable for production scenarios requiring high packaging flatness and sealing stability.

The equipment supports packaging absorbent pads of varying thicknesses and sizes. The sealing and cutting dimensions and conveying speed can be adjusted according to product specifications, facilitating switching between multiple order sizes. For different packaging materials, the equipment automatically matches the corresponding sealing temperature and operating speed, ensuring a neat packaging appearance and secure sealing edges.

After the equipment starts, the absorbent pad enters the packaging area via an automatic feeding conveyor belt. During transport, the sensing system automatically detects the product spacing and controls the packaging film to move synchronously.

The upper and lower rolls of packaging film pass through guide rollers and tension adjustment mechanisms to cover the product from top to bottom. The product then enters the forming area, where the longitudinal sealing assembly first seals the center edge, followed by transverse heat sealing and cutting by the transverse sealing mechanism.

During the heat sealing process, the temperature control system continuously adjusts the heating temperature to ensure the packaging film adheres quickly at the appropriate temperature, forming a stable seal. The cutting mechanism precisely cuts the film according to the set length, ensuring that each package is the same size.
