Subsequently, a transverse sealing device performs transverse heat sealing, sealing the next pouch at the top and the current pouch at the bottom and cutting it with a cutter to form independent pouches for output. The entire process is continuous, with each station coordinating synchronously, thus achieving high-speed and stable multi-lane production.

The horizontal sealer adopts a high-temperature heat-sealing structure, which pressurizes and seals the bag opening through upper and lower clamps.

The longitudinal sealer features an openable design, facilitating cleaning and maintenance while ensuring sealing accuracy and stability.

Multiple independent meters ensure that each production line operates synchronously with an error of less than ±1%.

A servo-driven film feeding system is used to precisely control the movement of the film belt, ensuring that the bags are neat and the seals are aligned.
