This stand up pouch packaging machine employs a pre-made bag packaging process, eliminating the need for on-site bag fabrication and allowing direct packaging using pre-made stand-up pouches. The system primarily consists of a vibrating feeding mechanism, a Z-shaped lifting conveyor, a combined weighing unit, a buffer system, a rotary bag-making packaging machine, and a finished product output system.

During production, materials automatically enter the conveying system from the storage area and are transported to the weighing area via the lifting equipment. The packaging unit features an intermittent rotary station design, with each station independently performing bag picking, bag opening, filling, venting, sealing, and output actions. Each station operates independently yet coordinates with others, making the entire packaging process smoother and more stable.

The equipment is suitable for packaging single-granule products and can also package mixed products of various granules, meeting the needs of food companies, agricultural product processing plants, and snack food manufacturers for multi-specification packaging.

During production, materials first enter a vibrating feeder, where adjustable vibration frequency ensures uniform feeding. The materials are then conveyed to a combined weighing hopper for dynamic distribution among multiple weighing hoppers.

The control system automatically calculates the optimal combination based on preset weights. Once the target weight is achieved, the corresponding weighing hopper opens synchronously, and the material flows along the discharge channel into a collection hopper for temporary storage. Simultaneously, the packaging unit retrieves pre-made bags from the bag hopper and uses a mechanical device to open the bag opening.

After confirming the bag opening is open, the temporarily stored material quickly falls into the packaging bag. The packaging bag then enters a compaction station, where slight vibration ensures more even product distribution. Finally, it undergoes a heat-sealing process to seal the product, and cooling further strengthens the seal. The packaged product is then automatically conveyed out by a conveyor belt.

The equipment is equipped with a large-capacity storage silo, which can store more raw materials and reduce the number of times manual replenishment is required.

The feeding device adopts multi-stage vibration control technology, which automatically adjusts the feeding speed according to the material flow characteristics to avoid weighing errors caused by feeding a large amount of material at once.

The stand up pouch packaging machine using mechanical clamping can effectively open stand-up pouches made of thicker or harder materials.

After the material is filled, a compaction device is used to slightly adjust the packaging bag, making the product more evenly distributed inside the bag.
