Tablet Counting Filling Machine

The tablet counting filling machine is designed to automatically count and package bulk granular products into individual bags according to a preset quantity.

During operation, the material is first delivered to the counting module through the feeding system. The counting unit accurately groups the products based on the preset parameters. Once the required quantity is reached, the counted material is released into the formed packaging bag.

The packaging film is mounted on the film holder in roll form. As the machine runs, the film is guided into the bag-forming mechanism, where it is gradually shaped into a bag structure by the forming components. At the same time, the sealing system continuously seals the film to create a complete bag.

After the filling process is completed, the sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag opening and cuts the film to separate the continuous packaging into individual bags. The finished products are then discharged from the machine via a conveyor for collection or for transfer to the next packaging stage.
