Capsule Counter Machine

This capsule counter machine consists of multiple functional modules, including a counting system, a bag-making system, a sealing system, a control system, and a conveying system, achieving a complete automated packaging process.

A large-capacity hopper is installed at the top of the machine to store materials to be packaged, and a counting device precisely distributes the materials. The counted materials enter the bag-making area through the feeding nozzle. The packaging film, pulled by the film feeding mechanism, enters the forming unit, where it is folded to form a cylindrical bag structure and then longitudinally heat-sealed.

The entire machine is centrally controlled via a touchscreen human-machine interface. Operators can set parameters such as packaging quantity, bag length, temperature, and speed according to product specifications. The system can monitor operation, provide fault alarms, and adjust parameters, making the equipment more stable and reliable.

High-Precision Counting Technology: The equipment employs an electronic counting system to accurately count granules, tablets, or small solid materials, effectively ensuring consistent quantity in each bag, reducing errors, and improving product quality stability.

High Degree of Automation: From material supply, counting and distribution, bag forming, sealing and cutting to finished product conveying, the entire process can be completed automatically, significantly reducing manual operation and improving production efficiency.

Flexible Packaging Specification Adjustment: The equipment can be adapted to different bag sizes and quantities by changing the forming unit and adjusting parameters, accommodating the production of various products.
