This vertical filling machine features a vertical structure design, built with stability and durability as its core principles. Before entering the weighing unit, the material undergoes vibration dispersion to ensure more uniform feeding. A smart algorithm performs rapid combination calculations and releases the material, completing quantitative filling. The packaging film is shaped by a tension control system, sealed at the back by a heat-pressing device, and then horizontally sealed and cut to form a complete finished bag. The equipment operates smoothly and is suitable for long-term continuous operation.
