This granular stand up pouch machine consists of a Z-type elevator, a multi-head combination weigher, a buffer hopper, a bag-feeding packaging main unit, a finished product conveying mechanism, and an intelligent control system. The equipment adopts a modular design, with each unit operating collaboratively to achieve an automated packaging process from bulk granular materials to finished packaged bags.

After the material is conveyed to the combination weigher by the elevator system, it undergoes high-speed calculation and combined measurement through multiple weighing hoppers to obtain the combination data closest to the target weight. The material then enters the temporary storage hopper to await feeding, while the packaging main unit automatically completes actions such as bag picking, bag opening, inspection, filling, shaping, and heat sealing. The entire process requires no manual intervention, effectively reducing labor costs and material waste.

High-precision combined weighing system: Employing intelligent calculation technology from multi-head combined scales, it combines and filters weights through multiple weighing hoppers, significantly improving measurement accuracy. Even with granular materials of uneven shape and size, it maintains stable weighing results, reducing overweight or underweight phenomena.

Excellent stand-up pouch packaging effect: The equipment is compatible with various pre-made stand-up pouch structures, allowing the bags to stand naturally after packaging, resulting in better shelf display. Comprehensive intelligent detection functions: Equipped with multiple monitoring functions including bag opening detection, material feeding detection, and sealing detection. The Z-type elevator adopts a food-grade bucket chain plate structure with uniform bucket spacing, which can continuously and stably convey materials during operation.

The vibrating feeder can automatically adjust the amplitude according to the characteristics of the material, so that the material enters the weighing area evenly.
