Products Description
The single-lane back-seal salt pouch packing machine is a vertical automatic packaging equipment specifically designed for large-diameter and irregularly shaped granular materials. It adopts a back-seal bag-making structure, integrating bag making, metering, filling, sealing, and cutting. The equipment features a compact structure and stable operation. Addressing the characteristics of large particles being prone to jamming and breakage, the feeding channel and metering system have been optimized, improving metering accuracy and finished product qualification rate while ensuring packaging speed. It is suitable for small bag packaging of various granular products.
During operation, the packaging film is automatically formed into a back-seal bag by the forming device. After the longitudinal sealing mechanism completes the back seal, the material is quantitatively filled into the packaging bag through a dedicated large particle feeding device. Subsequently, the transverse sealing device completes the sealing and cuts the finished packaging bag, achieving a continuous and automated production process. The entire machine is controlled by a human-machine interface, with convenient parameter adjustment, adapting to different packaging requirements.
